2. Can I own a firearm in Canada?

Yes. You may own a firearm in Canada. The Firearms Act and its supporting regulations set out the rules for possessing a firearm. If you want to know all the relevant requirements for firearms possession, storage, and transportation in Canada, please refer to the Canadian Firearms Center’s web site: www.cfc-cafc.gc.ca

 

3. Do I need a firearms license to shoot guns?

You can shoot firearms in authorized areas if the registered owner of the firearm is present with you at all times. You cannot possess a firearm unless you have a valid Possession and Acquisition License (PAL).

 

4. Do I need to open an account to buy Online from West Coast Hunting Supplies Online Shop?

All you need to do is register and login. Once registered, you can purchase any and all products from WCHS Online with the simple ease of going through our fast and simple checkout. Because of the extraordinary nature of the business, we require PAL images to initiate purchase of firearm or ammunition, and can only be shipped to firearm registered address. 5. What is West Coast Hunting Supplies Online Shop Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. All firearms sales are FINAL. Once purchased firearms become the property of the owner. If a firearm is defective, we may assist you in returning the item to the manufacturer for repair and/or warranty determination. Abuse, incorrect use or subjecting the firearm to extreme conditions may invalidate the warranty. Ammunition and reloading equipment cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety issues.

West Coast Hunting Supplies Inc. will provide shipping costs in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by us to be defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with WCHS support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to WCHS.

 

6. How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on size weight and distance to ship the order. We average out the weight of our products firearms. Additional shipping charges may be required on ammunition and oversized items.

 

7. What type of payments do you accept?

We only accept Debit, Visa and MasterCard through MONERIS secure payment gateway.

 

8. Shipping Restrictions

Firearms can only be shipped within Canada through Canada Post. A signature is required with photo I.D. when the product arrives at your door. Ammunition will be shipped separately from any firearms order. All ammunition and firearms could be only shipped to the address, which is the same as your firearm license address. Westcoasthunting.ca ships to all locations in Canada. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally, including the United States of America.
